Fl5 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia Users
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the fl5 platform. By registering or using any feature of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or using the fl5 platform operating under the domain fl5.bio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and fl5. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms indicates your acceptance of those changes. The latest version of these terms is always available on this page.
The fl5 platform is intended for users aged 18 years of age and above only. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use this service under the applicable laws of Malaysia.
2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the fl5 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. fl5 will never ask for your password via email, message, or any external channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately. fl5 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false information during registration
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the platform
- Registering on behalf of another person without written authorisation
- Using the platform for purposes that violate Malaysian law
3Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the fl5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods displayed within your account. fl5 does not accept payments in cryptocurrency or foreign currency.
Deposit
The minimum deposit varies depending on your chosen method and is displayed during the deposit process. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds belong to you and are obtained through legitimate means. fl5 reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected of originating from unauthorised or suspicious sources.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed once identity verification is complete. The registered bank account name must match the name on the fl5 account holder's profile. Processing times range from 30 minutes to one (1) business day depending on the selected method. fl5 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations relating to winnings or income earned through the fl5 platform. fl5 does not withhold taxes on behalf of users and is not liable for any tax penalties or fines incurred.
4Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Fl5's Right to Suspend Accounts
Fl5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or any conduct that may compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
Account Closure at User's Request
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting fl5 customer support. Any outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure upon completion of identity verification, subject to applicable conditions.
Effects of Account Closure
Once an account is closed, all access to the platform will be revoked and relevant data will be retained for the period specified under our privacy policy. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be re-registered using the same or substantially similar information.
5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Fl5's Limitation of Liability
The fl5 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. fl5 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fl5 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of fl5 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from fl5.
Third-Party Links & Services
The fl5 platform may integrate third-party services such as payment processors. fl5 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.
6Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Fl5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
Separable
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
